At Dahu, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Return labels are available within 20 days of your purchase date provided the item(s) meet the return conditions:

• Unused
• Unworn
• Un damaged
• Original tags still attached
• Original package components included
• In the original packaging
  
  

Dahu offers a 100% fit guarantee.  Purchase returns are only authorized AFTER the consumer has had their CFE with one of the team and it is determined by the boot fitter that the boot cannot be fit for the consumer’s needs. 

Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded. Upon inspection and approval of returned items the full cost of purchase less the ground rate shipping cost of the return will be refunded.

Please note all Limited Release/Edition product sales are considered a final sale due to the extremely limited quantities available. Limited Release/Edition products and are not eligible for return.
